- VEV EspinosaApr 19, 20263.0My $27.10 bill was way overpriced for what I experienced. They were friendly, but the two burger patties were over cooked, dry, no juices whatsoever, and no flavor. I also ordered the regular fries thinking the "Little" fries would be too small, but what I received could serve 3-4 people. I probably should have ordered the "little" burger also. The strawberry shake was ok, but was foamy and I was expecting a more natural taste for $6.89.

The French fry portion was extremely generous, but they had to know when dumping the extras in the bag that they were all extremely soggy and undercooked. Unless that's just normal for 5 Guys fries? 🤷 Regardless, ok, but not worth the exceptional hype and I definitely won't spend the extra money for them again?

While there I witnessed the sweetest act of care between an employee and a customer in a wheelchair. He brought her order to her and offered to aid her in exiting the restaurant. He moved chairs to clear a path, held the doors open and ensured she had her order secured on her wheelchair.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
