- SWsharmen white1 day ago1.01/5 (would give 0 if I could) The Marysville Outback seriously needs a full reset or new management, because this experience was a mess from start to finish. The two hostesses were extremely rude and had an attitude the second we walked in. The whole staff seemed like they were in defensive mode, even our server. Things were super slow and nothing came out on time. The food itself wasn’t terrible, but my steak was chewy and definitely not worth the wait. Desserts that suppose to come on a skillet came on a plate, no condiments, missing items, small food portions, for the expensive price i rather eat at home or hire a chef to come over and make me, my family and friends dinner. Honestly, the busser was the only person who actually did his job right. He was the one bringing things to our table, checking in, and making sure we had what we needed — he was the best part of the whole visit. Between the rude hostesses, the slow service, and the overall vibe, this location needs major help. If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what I’d give.

After talking with my waitress, she was quick to get everything fixed. She also gave me a desert that was on the house due to all the mistakes. If it wasn't for her my review probably wouldn't have been so nice. Food tasted good, plenty of seating. First time I've ever had an issue with them to be honest.
