I was paying a sitter so I could get some peace and quiet today, on the way home I decided to get McDonald's as it's one of few places my kids will eat. Well an hour later...when asked the guy kept saying "it's on my screen somewhere" lol. I get he's overwhelmed. All the beeping machines and people waiting...line around the building. Wild. Food was ok I guess, better than last time when they got it wrong. No salt on fries.

When asking the staff to do anything they refused to assist or help and even the manager when requested to call the police she said she did but no police ever showed. After waiting over an hour for the food to finally be done she was also told "oh the item you ordered during our breakfast hours we can't make for you because now it's after breakfast hours." Which is ridiculous. Are you kidding me? What kind of useless response to someone possibly dying and assaulting multiple people and children is this store doing? It's an absolute joke.
