When I tried to get help with my order, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from the person who claimed to be the manager. What makes this even more concerning is that this "manager" was not wearing a uniform. They were in plain clothes, making it impossible to identify them as staff at first glance. It is shocking that the person running the shift thinks it is acceptable to not follow basic uniform standards while also treating customers poorly. If management won't follow the rules, how can we expect the rest of the staff to? Very unprofessional. I have attached a photo for reference.
