My friend was ordering he is a disabled vet and they got offended on how he talked because he has a speech impairment and refused us service and told us to leave the manager. Susan was literally yelling at my friend through the microphone and was being really disrespectful. I have a video on how it went someone please reach out to me. It was really disrespectful especially for army vet I already filled the compliant still waiting for response on a resolution

I pulled up at 1 AM on a Tuesday night/Wednesday morning and got perfectly fresh food that looked like the picture. I don't think that's happened to me at a fast food restaurant since the 1980s. Then, even better, two employees saw my giant dog and asked if they could pet him. That made the dog's entire night. They actually washed their hands afterward, and gave us a giant "pup cup" for the big guy. Please give that entire shift crew a raise; they're wonderful people and good at their jobs.
