- KGKayla GardnerJan 2, 20265.0I was a wreck when I pulled in the the Dutch Bros drive thru this morning. My husband left me last night and 'our song' came on while I was waiting to order. Que the water works. I tried hard to rein in my tears as Erica approached my car to take my order, but ultimately was unsuccessful. This wonderful woman waited patiently while I gave her my order through my sobs and offered me my order on the house in hopes of bringing some light to my day. That small act of kindness really reminded me that there are good people out there. I get coffee every Friday as a end of week treat for myself and the 2 other ladies in my office and after this interaction Dutch Bros will be my go to moving forward. Erica, thank you for your kindness!

The sweetness for me was perfect. gal that took our order looked like she enjoyed being there. They took the order outside similar to chick filet. Super nice. And fast. Only one person in line in front of us. You name it they had it.

Just really disappointed with how this location handled the drop and we didn’t receive what we came for.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
