The portions are always very big, so I always make 2 meals out of the one. The service is usually fast, depending on how busy they are. I prefer the Twin Lakes location over Lake Stevens (LS). LS is always slower, sometimes they are closed when I go during the day. LS employees are not as friendly 😒

We were charged $60.77, but when I went online and replicated our orders it was under $40. When I called Chipotle they said they could find no record of us eating there, but our bank has that information, even though I gave her every bit of info she asked for she said she still couldn't refund us. I will be disputing the amount with our bank and will never eat at Chipotle again. It was the first time for me and definitely will be the last. Beware if you go there and check your receipt. Also, I had to ask for dry forks because both of containers of forks had some kind of liquid in the bottom, so in addition to disputing the charge with Bank of America I will also be contacting the Wa. State Attorney General and the Health Dept. If they are overcharging this grossly it's obviously something they do on the regular, and to have to request a dry fork is ridiculous. Good luck with your business when you treat a 1st time customer like this!
