- EHEric 100% HonestyApr 13, 20261.0The ice cream tasted ok and the milk shakes were alright as well.My wife had to use the restroom due to having no gallbladder and the restroom was for employees only due to the manager no longer allowing customers to use it. The reason was around there they have bad people who misuse the bathroom. So again doing business in a drug infested state, filled with homeless people is not new. You set up shop in marysville not Seattle. There are alot of other businesses that sale ice cream and allow you to use their restroom right down the road. Punishing good people because of bad peoples behavior is wrong and we will not support a business who does not care for their customers needs. Attached is our 41$ receipt and a photos of their bathroom. The worker informed me she was sorry and it was the manager (Uni probably misspelled)policy.

They were at the final hour of a shift when we rolled in and they were getting Door Dash orders. They were so kind, personable and friendly while we figured out what we wanted. These girls deserve some positive affirmations.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
