  My hubby surprised me by coming home early, but I had ordered food for us for his original flight time and when I thought he would be home. The amazing workers at this location helped me change the time on my order and got it to be ASAP so we could have dinner together. They were kind and consideration and went above and beyond. Honestly the best pizza place in town.

  I have eaten from this store multiple times with mixed experiences, nothing crazy but a few missed items on occasion. A couple of months ago I placed a take-out order through their website which I was told would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up to pick up at 20 minutes, and discovered that the manager had cancelled the order because they thought it was a fake name? I didnt get a call or any warning. I refused to re-order because it is absurd and left to buy from pizza hut across the street. I wont be back, there are too many options for bad pizza in maple valley to deal with this.

  I picked up a delivery order from Papa johns pizza. The staff were professional and the place looked clean. Everything went smoothly.

  This location is stunningly amazing! Not only was the pizza made with the care and understanding of what a pizza lover wants, but the customer service is top notch! There was a mistake with our wings, my girlfriend doesn't do bone in or spicy, and that is what I ordered for myself. The flavors we ordered were flipped, when I called the woman I talked to was not only empathetic to the situation, but made it right by sending a new set of wings quickly, on a much busier than usual night. A+ to the team working this Friday night. I will be ordering from here again!
