- MCMrs. CMar 19, 20263.0DRIVE THRU The second speaker is broken, and it doesn't help when the employee whispers through the mic. It was like trying to listen for a signal for a military operation. I swear. I notified her at the window when I went to pay, and she just stared at me. Normally... I wouldn't care, but with the heavy make-up, slow look up and down, pursed lips and very quiet voice, she seemed unbothered by my explanation about the mic. When I paid, I asked if I was good to go forward because I was sitting there, waiting for my receipt. She didn't hand it to me, and told me 'yeah' in the quietest voice that I had to basically read her lips to understand her. Look... I get people having impairments, but I already struggle to hear people and I don't have hearing aids. The guy at the second window was nice, quiet, but nice and thankfully my food was right so things went smoothly. So, at least the order was right and nothing was burnt, but damn... What the heck was with the girl at the window? *I have followed up via McDonald's as the owner requested.

They made me wait more than a 1/2. Dozen orders in front of me through the drive through and then switch cashiers Who then made me wait again? i've had this problem in the past with maple valley ✋️ manager... Her only response is she must keep the drive through going well. What about us who decide to watch the and enjoy the establishment?
