The visible milk puddles and the smell of spoiled or rotten milk rushing out of the dairy door. I don't understand why this hasn't been taken care of by now...I don't see milk on the ground or smell rotten milk at Fred Meyer..If this review doesn't fix it I will take it up the ladder. I guess Corporate or maybe KOMO needs to know about this. And if anyone needs to know how it should look and smell inside a dairy fridge just go look at Fred Meyer and take notes.

The dedicated phone line was disabled a while back and now you're forced to call the general store phone tree upon arrival, and press 8 for customer service. If you're lucky they pickup on your first call. I've waited 10 minutes multiple times just to let them know I've arrived. Not very efficient for what should be a convenience .
