An employee named Winter claimed she was the manager; was very rude and hung up the phone call. I went through my bank to dispute the charge instead of dealing with this miserable, rancid thing named Winter to get my refund.

The bad part was before I noticed, I ate a piece without realizing it. As far as customer service, I got hung up on twice by an employee that goes by Marline when I asked to speak with their manager.

Well, the next time was today and it was not automatically applied. Also, my order was messed up again so I called explained the situation and as I’m working out how I’m going to get my credit as well as the refund for the pizza they messed up this time. The person on the phone has the audacity to hurry me along because they are busy. It’s not my fault my pizza was messed up or that the last time my pizza, my pasta and my soda was incorrect. And you want to hurry me along because you’re busy? I was also informed credits. Don’t automatically apply when you order through the app. You have to call in AND they expire within 30 days. That’s so shady when it’s your fault. A consumer should be able to use their credit anytime they want. So buyer beware just get a refund don’t take a credit. It’s unfortunate because I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut for years, might just have to go back to Papa John’s. Do better.
