As a regular customer, I’ve spent a lot of time here and have noticed a positive difference since the new management and team came on board. The staff are now much more attentive and friendly, which really enhances the overall experience. If the management continues to prioritize excellent service and customer care, this location will easily become one of my favorites.

This is just my take, but I can't really say Panera is worth my time. There are usually craft sandwiche shops near by and they are usually better for about the same price.

The cinnamon crunch bagel we received was completely flat, like a slice of bread. They had to cut it by hand because it wouldn’t fit in their slicing machine. The cream cheese also had a grainy texture and an off flavor. We ended up throwing everything away after spreading it on the bagels. At this point, we don’t even bother complaining anymore because nothing ever changes. In the past, they’ve said they’d send a gift card as an apology, but it never arrived. We used to love Panera, but this location has become consistently disappointing. Every six months or so, we give them another chance, and every time, there’s another issue. Really unfortunate.
