    I have never been treated so rudely at any other location before. I’ve never been spoken down to like this store manager did or the manager on duty did today. I am still in shock they could be so rude and mean over someone asking to put ranch on a snack wrap..I’m so confused why they would cause such a scene and blow up over such a small request. Please don’t go to this location. I literally just gave the Covington location a five star review a few weeks ago because I’m not someone who only complains and leaves bad reviews. I leave nice reviews too.. but this was crazy…

    Bro why the heck do you guys put onions on everything when someone wants something plain someone could literally be allergic to onions and you'll drown the cheese burger in damn onions it's so disgusting

    Used to be the best location but lately it has failed on multiple avenues. Play place is NEVER open, has taken 10min sometimes to get one big mac (often forget my extra pickles), and the restrooms have been unavailable for over a week now.

    This particular McDonald's has the absolute worst service ever. The manager there needs to be fired. If you must eat at McDonald's bypass this location and visit the McDonald's in maple Valley. Never once had an you issues there.

    So I mean I get it, I went through the drive through 30min before they closed. Maybe that was my bad.. However; when I order a 2 cheeseburger meal. I’d at least expect that there would be cheese on the burgers… getting a dry hamburger with 1 pickle and mustard is a real let down. There was no cheese, no onion, no ketchup; just mustard and a pickle. The fry’s were hot but didn’t have any seasonings on them… the only good thing about the food was the sprite which thankfully they didnt screw up.
