If they screw up they can’t refund orders apparently they can only write a name down for a future free item. This is 3rd times it’s happen. I think maybe it’s a sign we shouldn’t be eating McDonald’s.

I decided to give this one a try again today, and it was just as bad today as it was 3 years ago. Asked for no pickles, got pickles. Nuggets were flavorless and undercooked (almost raw). I would definitely recommend driving the extra 5 min to four corners as it is much better quality and service.

Most recent visit was a drive thru experience. Order taker spoke very fast and mumbled. You could barely understand him. When we got the window, he was very unkempt, almost as if he was a homeless person they just hired off the street. At the pickup window, the person flew the window open and shoved the bag in my face then slammed the window shut without saying a word. Neither person was wearing any type of uniform or even a name tag. Just no standards at all for service or appearance.
