  I tried ordering through Uber Eats and my driver tells me Wendy’s doesn’t have an order under my name. So they not only wasted my time but my driver’s time as well. I was forced to cancel and got charged for my order. I had to go through Uber Eats support to get a refund. I’ve enjoyed ordering here in the past but not sure I will order ever again.

  The manager Michael is horrible and so rude. I do uber and side gig and came to pick up like usual. I was told by the nice person at the counter that someone had already picked it up. ( meaning the PREVIOUS Uber driver stole the food and didn't deliver ) he then starts blaming me for it, cussing and muttering under his breath that its not his fault im incompetent and can't find a job..... I am a para educator for special needs kids, this is a side gig lol this man was horribly degrading and was also very rude to the person working up front I feel so bad for the people working under him here.

  I was given a thin slice of lettuce and tomato on my bacon burger. There was one very thin slice of bacon on my burger

  I went there once and it took 20 minutes to get my order taken on top of that I had to repeat myself may times and on top of that I had to wait another 20 minutes just to get my food
