In most recent months, an employee named *Marcela,* has been exceptionally kind, personable, and provided the type of service we love to come back for! She embodies the work ethic and customer service skills that a chipotle crew member, could never! Thank you Lynwood Q’doba team for making this a delicious, clean and friendly place to come eat!

When I asked the manager for a refund, he ignored me for 20 minutes until I confronted him and eventually gave me my refund. The manager is not good at his job and needs better situational awareness. I will literally never come back here because of him and how he treated his staff.
