- JWJimmy WuFeb 18, 20261.0I had to wait 3 hours for my order!!! I placed a large Super Bowl pickup online Thursday with a 2:00 PM Sunday pickup. I arrived at 2:15 and the line was out to the parking lot — understandable for the game — and I waited while staff re-validated online orders after a system crash. I was second in line to have my ticket printed, but an hour passed while they printed and fulfilled many orders placed after mine. Around 3:15 I asked if they could note pickup times on tickets so cooks could prioritize longtime waiters; I was told no and left the line because my ticket was supposedly next. By 4:30 a customer loudly asked about his 3:30 order and the manager personally took his info and clearly made an exception. When I politely reminded the manager I’d been waiting since 2:15 for my 2:00 order, he asked for my name and threatened to cancel my order. Other customers spoke up on my behalf, a staff member finally took my name and prioritized me, and I didn’t receive my food until about 5:00 — three hours late and an hour and a half late to my own party. The manager’s attitude was rude and unprofessional; I felt humiliated and inconvenienced. The staff who helped were the only redeeming part. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place for large, time-sensitive orders.

If its not ready, I should be able to use the bathroom considering im picking up an order for a customer at your store Never had any store have an issue as a doordasher using the bathroom Completely unprofessional

Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
