I brought to store and they don’t help me with this. I called customer service a d they couldn’t help me either. They told me to call Apple. Apple still couldn’t help with this case and I lost my money. Been a Safeway customer for 10+ years and this is how they treat their customer.

She did not greet me with a “good morning” or “good afternoon,” and she didn’t ask if I found everything okay. There was no communication during the transaction, and she didn’t even mention the total price before I paid. I also mentioned that the strawberries looked like they were melting, and the only response I received was “oh,” with no further assistance or concern. When I said “thank you” at the end of the transaction, she did not respond. I repeated it, and she rolled her eyes instead of acknowledging me. I understand everyone has difficult days, but basic courtesy and customer service go a long way. I hope management can address this so future customers have a more positive experience.
