I’m sure to help pay for the new system. You can’t tell which prices are on sale or that you have to scan with the app to get the lower price with Safeway card. 100% deliberate. Imagine being in your 70’s or 80’s trying to figure out the price. Shame on you!! They never have enough checkers so there are 8 people waiting to be checked out with one checker up front. I shouldn’t have to check my own full cart of groceries at the self checkout. I DON’T WORK FOR YOU. You raise your prices and I have to check and bag my own groceries? What a disgrace. Searching for other options immediately. Corporate greed with no thought for the customer and high prices are already.

He was given power and responsibility he doesn't have the capacity to handle. He justifies poor patient care on being too busy. He refuses to accept resposibilty for him or his team dropping the ball. I feel sad for little Tommy. Imagine having such low self esteem that you feel OK about verbally assaulting patients who are sick. I will be escalating my experience to the highest level possible.
