Even when Restaurants have many bad Reviews, I always take a Chance..experience and Judge for myself. And this QDOBA was one of Them. Well…. I should have stayed away, as many reviews suggested. I do see the owner post-replying with Apologies over & over, BROKEN RECORD, ey? Instead.. Why Not spend little more time Training your Employees Better and be/Stay Consistent??!’ I have ordered Chicken or Steak Burritos (via Uber Eats, Grub Hub and Door Dash Apps) in last 2 years at this Location. And things were okay, considering i didn’t have a high expectations, Until recently! Last 3 delivery orders (consecutively) have been absolutely TERRIBLE!! I literally had tiny 5-6 pieces of Meat (Not even a bite size) and they barely added the ingredients I asked for . I swear.. 50% was ALL RICE with Dried up Flour Tortillas. I have No idea what’s going at this Lynnwood location,. But I swear… I AM DONE Now! ***3rd STRIKES in a Row, I’m Out!!” *** Through Delivery apps.. I’ve been paying $15-16 (Burrito by itself) + Tax + Service Fee + TIP = $22-23. NOT WORTH IT!!

Wow, they know how to make a customer feel heard. I thought something was not right about my bowl and when I called they mentioned they accidentally started it as a burrito and apologized for sending out that way and remade it correctly for me. I appreciate everyone working there today, seems like a good crew and I think I found me new favorite place.

Guy had the nerve to have me to pay for a couple extra tortilla chips for my nachos. Really?? At the restaurant where you can ask for extra, extra of queso (more expensive than tortilla chips), pico de gallo (more expensive than tortilla chips), extra guacamole (more expensive than tortilla chips), the list goes on. This guy drew the line at tortilla chips. Baffling customer service.

I just ordered online for pick up, came home and they completely missed the chicken in my order… It’s not worth the drive to call and get my protein. That is a MAJOR ingredient to forget. Really disappointed.
