Hadn't been here in awhile and decided to come in. Guacamole was brown...like all of the guacamole in the container. Presentation is important. Maybe squeeze a little more lime in there? Also, the restaurant just has a dirty feel to it. Won't be back.

I love Qdoba especially when they have the loaded tortilla soup option, but this location very much disappointed me. I am vegetarian so my only protein option is the fajita veggies which they were out of. In addition, they were also out of guac. Two big components of my veggie bowl! Also, they were out of the roasted tomato salsa. All this after waiting over 10 minutes in line. What was I paying for, some rice, beans and lettuce? I hope they can figure out staffing and service to stay fully stocked to provide customers a meal they are paying for.

The restaurant is very expensive. I waited 40 minutes for my order.

This might be the saddest Qdoba I’ve ever been to. We walked in around 7pm craving some Mexican food. The place was empty, but we figured no big deal. We stood at the counter waiting for the only employee to acknowledge us, but he just kept stacking bowls without even looking up. This went on for about three minutes. We said “hi”—nothing. Finally my husband asked, “Are you guys open?” The employee briefly turned around, said “yeah,” and immediately went back to stacking bowls without asking what we wanted or even making eye contact. At that point it was clear he didn’t want to serve us, so we left. It was honestly shocking. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what, but the experience was uncomfortable enough that we won’t be returning to this location. The only Qdoba we’ve ever enjoyed is the one at SeaTac Airport, so I guess it’s Chipotle for us from now on.
