I keep giving more time, (8, 12, 15 min) and every single time I show up, it's never ready. Ever. Even if the place is empty. Is it standard 5 guys procedure to wait until someone shows up to start their fries and make them wait almost 10 minutes? Seems like it. Makes planning difficult.

And that comes with all kinds of guilt, I failed, I ruined my healthy eating, this is too hard. Five guys has burger BOWLS....no bun, literally half the calories of a small burger is in the bun, now I can load up on lettuce, choose a few extra toppings and its become all the burger I crave in a salad! I can't stop talking about this, I tell everyone now. Best idea guys, way to go!

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
