I drive down to the restaurant and it is is all closed down at 7:50pm. I call. I can see them inside. The lady who answered the phone said she was sorry and she messaged me and canceled my order. I have no texts, no emails, and no phone calls. She is not particularly apologetic. This used to by my favorite place. I moved three hours away two years ago. I happen to be in town. I was extremely excited to get my favorite food again. Unfortunately I was met with such poor customer service that I won't ever be wasting my time with this place again. I cannot express to you how sad I am.
