  The food is actually not that bad for an arcade, met a few friends at the arcade and had some food with them from their party, not great but good enough from an arcade. Service was quick for the food, whenever something ran out, almost instantly there was another plate ready. Atmosphere was amazing. Very fun place!

  Server did not know what she was doing it wasn’t busy but managed to mess up multiple of friends food (one of them didn’t get their food at all she looked high and forgot his simple order) manager was laughing at us because we were upset on the serrvice therefore he should be more professional than laughing at your customers I never write reviews but this manager put it over the top. Btw Bellevue location is better!!

  Server Lisette did not have a single clue what she was doing. my friend never got his food, she never brought waters or asked if we wanted a refill. My other friends got their food before I did , the most horrible staffing I've ever delt with. I'm no Karen and I'm no restaurant reviewer but this service was so bad that I have to write this review on Google. The "gm" manager was an absolute atrocious person , he laughed at our faces when he saw we were waiting for so long. Hope to never deal with this again. I will be returning to the Bellevue location. I recommend you don't come here. unprofessional, very uncoordinated very much unpleasant experience., the kitchen side of things needs corporate to Investigate, absolutely terrible. We were trying to be polite to the manager and tell him that our experience was very subpar however, he mocked us. It took us literally over an hour to even get our meal to our table, it wasn't even that busy.wont ever come back, worst experience of my 28 years of life.

  Great games, poor service. We are regulars here (2x a month), but lastnight's dining experience changed our minds about eating on-site. We waited for our food for 45 minutes without complaining, showing that we are very patient customers, but I simply cannot accept the rude service we received that night(12/26th). The server's energy was very negative—no eye contact, a rude tone, and zero hospitality. I understand everyone has bad days, but in the service industry, you shouldn't pass that bad day onto the guests. If you're leaving a job, leave with a high spirit so people miss you. Lastnight, we were just glad to leave the table. We’ll stick to the games and take our dinner business elsewhere in Lynnwood

  I am very dissatisfied with the service we received from our server, Brandon. We waited a long time for him to take our order. He kept walking past our table as if he didn’t notice us. When I finally called him over, he said he couldn’t take our order and just ran off. The food was terrible. The quesadilla was overcooked and didn’t have a single piece of chicken in it. We also waited a very long time to pay. I raised my hand and made eye contact with him multiple times, but he kept walking past us. We even asked the hostess to tell him that we were ready to pay. He walked by our table again and then spent a long time talking to other people. I am extremely unhappy with this experience.
