  General Manager Anthony at the Lynwood Wa location just refused to serve my family for a bday party with cerebral palsy 4 yr old and a type 1 diabetic 8 year old because when we booked a table near the arcade area, our table was not ready and every employee and Anthony was struggling to clean our table. My husband mentioned what the big deal was and because he alerted everybody about the table not being cleaned he refused to serve us stating the servers were upset with us and nobody was going to help us. I hope somebody who cares for disabled kids can explain how a big company like this could do such a cruel thing to a family seeking fun in a bday party. Thank for ruining it.

  Celebrated my daughter's 4th b'day here. The service, location and entertainment was all beyond our expectations. Most of our guests were vegetarian, so we food was a big part of the equation. Marina Jean Novelozo was fantastic in accommodating our needs, she worked with her staff & GM to ensure everything met our expectations. The kids had a great time, food turned out to be great, staff was good and the event space was spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. We ended up taking some food back home since we had leftovers. To summarize, I highly recommend Dave & Buster's, Lynnwood for hosting parties as long as you don't mind spending more :).

  Unimpressive but not terrible. Decent selection of ticket games, racing games, and a few shooters. Absolutely No Pinball, No Area 51, No Gauntlet Legend, and No Street Fighter. The service was attentive and even friendly but unfortunately the food was mediocre quality and by far overpriced. It costs double what can be found nearby. I do not recommend eating here.

  Went out on Monday for a Brunch Celebration with my family due to the Seahawks winning the superbowl LX 🙏🏼😊. The food was good, not what I expected from the image of the food to the reality, inflation made it deceptive, but with their deal promotion of $60 for a game card of 90 minutes and an entree not a deal breaker. Atmosphere is great with a lot of the games being available but maybe because it was A Monday some of staff was there but not fully there, no problem. They did provide awesome service both at the eating area and the gift redemption area. The games were fun for my kids and wife, given 90 minutes of play is worth it, just keep in mind there are some games that do require chips aka actual money added into the cards, but there were few that really had those criteria mainly because they had actual prizes inside the glass box. I recommend playing the games during the week, weekends I’m highly positive it gets very packed and the waiting game becomes competitive when wanting to play most of the fun games.

  I am all around just disappointed. I came here for the first time to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthdays. A group of 4 of us came and sat down at the bar. After telling the server we had never been there before, I would have expected to be explained the “eat and play” special or just any specials to be told to us for that matter. Our food and drinks came out at a good time and were all around pretty good. Once we finished eating we went and played(kind of why I was upset there were “eat and play” options) Fast forward, played the games and going to turn in our tickets. We are confused and not sure what to do, the young lady at the ticket counter was just very disrespectful and rude when asked her for any help. She then walked around in the middle of helping us. When I got her attention to come back, she was annoyed she had to help us again. Even after all of this, I called and spoke with the manager Austin. Who I would say was very nice and understanding. Told me he would issue the refund for my money spend at the arcade and even upload some point so we would come back and give them another shot later on. After several days, I still do not have a refund and no player points have been added. I didn’t not honestly care so much about the refund or the player points: it’s your word at this point that I am just disappointed with.
