- RORylee OstmanDec 12, 20251.0I ordered dinner for me and my boyfriend tonight as I work at the mall and I wasn’t off until nine so I needed to get dinner. and I placed an order for a burrito bowl and a large chip and I got home to open my order and I discovered that there was no large chip and not only that. half of the items on my bowl are missing there’s no cheese or sour cream which they did leave a note about the sour cream in very small writing on the receipt, but that should’ve been communicated verbally when i picked up the order. i reordered an order that i do every single time and there is no cheese or sour cream on my bowl and i only wanted 5 things in here. This has happened to me with the chips, at least three times at this location in the last two weeks, and it’s getting very frustrating . The workers are not paying attention and it’s becoming very inconvenient because I have to spend half of my break, everytime going back to get the chips that they forgot and I paid for. and right now they are closed so i can’t even go get my order fixed. Do better chipotle. i also took a video of me opening the sealed bag if an email is needed for proof.
