- SSSidney Schwartz2 days ago1.0THEY SCAN GIFT CARDS AND TAKE CASH! At 8:35pm on 1/10/2026 I went in and got a bowl, I was the only person there ordering in that time frame. I gave the guy $10 cash and he SWIPED a gift card and took my cash, I know because I saw him swipe the card. I stood up to see the type of card and it was face down. The back was forsure a gift card. I paid the rest on card which was like a dollar something (paid $10 cash, and a dollar something on credit card, NO GIFT CARD). The guy couldn’t figure out how to add another payment after scanning the gift card and a lady came and helped him so she already knows what he’s doing. I said Is that a gift card? And they acted like they didn’t understand me. And no I did not get my receipt. I said I’m gonna tell the owners that y’all are scanning gift cards.. and walked out. (Check payment records and camera) They also gave me like no meat in my bowl, but everything else was fine. They prob skimp portions so they can take some home. Not going back to this location.

In the picture, you can see how shallow the food fills the container. I tried pushing all the contents of the bowl to one side and it barely filled half of what they’d normally put in a bowl if you were there to order in person. Not the delivery service’s fault, 100% on the person who made the bowl. All of the bowls in my delivery order were the same thing—barely half filled. Super disappointed because I usually love eating at Chipotle.

She was very kind and very professional while dealing with my allergy. I have a hard time with fast food places giving me the accommodations my allergy requires, and this was a 10/10 experience! The best experience I’ve had at a chipotle!!!
