- DGDerek GanterDec 27, 20252.0Ordered food with my family at the kiosk. We ordered 2 wing meals with drinks. My other family member got good food. Mine however was not. The wings were grossly under or over cooked and they didn't have the iced tea I was charged for. If it's not available why is it still a option on the kiosk? I had to use the soda machine which was running low if soda syrup. 1 good thing was the fries. Maybe try the sandwiches but stay away from the "wings". The restaurant was run entirely by 1 young employee with no help and little customer service as he made me feel like it was my fault for asking for a to go bag afterwards. Would not eat at this location again! The one at Alderwood Mall is soo much better. Eat there instead!

He has been yelling at every customer since I paid, won't give anyone a refund or make food correctly, and just keeps stating that we are stressing him out and telling us this is how every Charlie's is. I have been to several other locations, and this is usually my favorite place to eat. I'm appalled that this location has any business, or that he has a job. I got here at 10:51am, ordered 1 sandwich, he charged me for a meal, and I got it at 11:18am.
