- PMPhil MalNov 3, 20251.0For the most part the staff is extremely friendly! There’s a young kid who work who plays his music too loud it difficult to order and hear him. The owner/manager is extremely rude to the customer, I have watched customer walk away from him due to his attitude. Tonight, I watched him put sauce on a table for a customer almost hitting the young lady in the office, never apologized just walked away. This owner/manager shouldn’t be operating a customer service establishment. Charley’s should seriously consider yanking their name from this individual. Like mentioned early the employees are amazing. I try to only come when they’re working.

The guy at the counter told me they can only take/process the app promo code when a manager is here and he is not here so I would have to pay regular price. There so much wrong with that statement, one how are they operating without a manager or supervisor on duty and two why do you send flash promotions you won’t process. Horrible customer experience I did not order and left the store and went subway instead.
