Unfortunately on my visit on the 17th, wings were extremely dry, potato wedges were cold, my order took 50m+ mins, when the restaurant was 20-30% full.
And the server(spanish lady)was mad at me for taking too long to order. It was my first visit in 3 years so I apologize if I took too long to pick what to eat.

It was a packed Sunday and a couple of our Sandwich orders got lost in the shuffle but overall the Wings came out on time. One chicken sandwich came out by the time we were done and the Seahawks up 35-0...

Had my boyfriend Marcuss pick up an order of wings and tenders and it was all overcooked a bit and I'm disabled and was super hungry so I tried eating what I could but couldn't eat most of it so I called a few mins ago and spoke with a lady and she didn't sound very concerned and tried to rush me and say she'll pass on the message.I was disappointed because she didn't try to make good on the issue and food isn't cheap so I don't understand why I have to suffer and waist food because they couldn't cook it right. I'm used to going to the Marysville location and they always cook them perfect however I've moved and would like to continue business with this Everett location so I would love ke a response back from management for poor service.

A totally failed dining experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. My wife and I came to eat the Pick 6 Meal For Two, which we saw advertised on Google Maps. It was a Mariners game day, so the restaurant was busy. We checked in with the entry hostess and left my phone number for a callback that our place in line was coming up. I watched her write the number down and it was correct. I asked how long the wait was likely to be and she said that it would be around 30 minutes, and that we should return within 5 minutes of receiving the callback. My wife and I stepped around the corner to H-Mart while we waited and we returned in less than 30 minutes. When we came back, something seemed odd about the lack of activity at the entrance, so I asked the hostess about our place in line and she said that someone had called us and that there was no answer, so we had lost our place in line. I had never received a phone call and there were no missed calls recorded. To her credit, the hostess ran off to check with a server and quickly seated us at a larger table which they seemed to be saving for big groups.
We had already decided on what we wanted to eat before entering the restaurant, so we placed our order with the server, after a few minutes. We then waited. And waited. And waited some more. After some time, the server came to check if we were doing okay, and I said that there was no food. She went off to check. After some time, over 1 hour had passed and we had no food. My wife and I were preparing to leave and we told this to the server, who then said that the kitchen was finally dishing up our food. We decided that we may as well eat what we had waited so long for.
I had ordered a cheese steak sandwich and my wife ordered the traditional wings with fries and veggies on the side. My order was.. okay; smaller than I had expected. But my wife's order was upside down all of the way through. The kitchen had delivered boneless wings, rather than the traditional wings which she had ordered. One of her dipping sauces was missing, despite having a sticker to indicate its inclusion stuck on her tray. And she refused to eat the couple pieces of celery and carrots which were haphazardly thrown on the tray, as they looked like rejects from the bottom of a prepacked grocery store bag.
The server checked on us after a few minutes and we mentioned the incorrect wings. She verified that she had sent the correct order to the kitchen and that they had messed it up. After a few minutes, she returned with a tray of the correct traditional wings. (which makes me wonder why it took over an hour, the first time)
We ate and left, unhappily.
To their credit, the entrance hostess and server were both as accommodating as they seemed to be able to be, both apologetic for the series of mistakes. The restaurant also seemed generally clean.
I don't think that my wife and I will be returning. What was meant to be a quick meal turned into a 2+ hour ordeal. We would have done far better at the Alderwood Mall food court.
