The food that arrived was very poorly cooked; we were not satisfied at all and we expressed our opinion. The waiter who came did everything he could to avoid correcting the situation, and we were kept waiting a very long time to take our order. The service is very bad, zero service, zero taste. There is a huge difference between this branch and the one in Renton.

They should turn off online ordering if the kitchen cannot handle the capacity. Running an hour and a half past scheduled time is ridiculous.

NFC title game... arrived early to get a table and that was smooth. Plenty of TV's, drinks arrived promptly with original server. Then table was taken over by a different server where things slowed down (not all his fault). Ordered the "ULTIMATE nachos" during 3rd quarter of the previous AFC title game... fast forward two hours to that previous game ending and now Seahawks playing in the 2nd quarter and STILL no nachos despite asking and receiving excuses. That was supposed to be our early appetizer with originally planning to chow nonstop. Hungry and still without food we went ahead an added our wings orders with fingers crossed we'd see them before end of second game. Wings is their jam, right? We didn't dare stray deeper in the menu at this point. Finally just before half time the nachos arrived (again, ordered during the PREVIOUS game) and they were the sorriest excuse for nachos we've seen, let alone something called "ULTIMATE". Thin layer of chips on a small pan with "cheese whiz" (or similar liquid cheese) with a limited amount of red pepper and olives sparingly sprinkled. The extra $2 "house-made guac" was a dollop in a tiny cup so small a chip doesn't even fit into. Broke college kids make better basement nachos in a microwave than this, and mystified how that took over 2 hours to make. Of course we ate them... we were STARVING by that point... sending them back wasn't an option when nothing is being served! Drinks slowed down too because they didn't have enough glasses... they admitted as much. So we'd have to order a drink barely into our previous drink in hope it would arrive in next 30 minutes. Glasses were warm coming out of washer, so drinks weren't cold after long. Nearly another two hours after the nachos and after many asks, as game had 3 minutes left on the clock, we FINALLY received our wings. The extra veggies and blue cheese were missing, but beggars can't be choosers by now, and since all we had was one sorry nacho plate shared between all of us, you bet we finished the wings quickly just as Seahawks punched their Superbowl ticket! Celebrations all around game wise, even if still hungry. Nearly six hours there, without much to eat. They missed out on tons of revenue being unable to keep with a prime opportunity. Buffalo Wild Wings has all the TV's, an otherwise good atmosphere to be a place to watch sports, but I'd think twice visiting during big game events. They can't keep up with service when they fill up their own pre-set capacity. Wings were still great, sauces spicy... the "ultimate nachos" laughably horrific. We expected to eat, drink and spend waaay more but those small orders took over 4+ hours to fulfill in total. Couldn't enjoy post-game celebration drinks because it would have taken another 30 minutes with warm glass, so we just got the check and moved on to celebrate. No offer to comp the poor nachos, or comp a a round of drinks for the ridiculously slow service, nothing, nor did we press... just disappointed in the slowest service we've ever experienced anywhere. We understand the server was only half the problem... he was nice enough but never communicated much without us flagging him down for a status update. Maybe he wasn't getting any communication from the kitchen or management. Unfortunately BWW's is hard to recommend for any large sporting event or final at this time.
