Dave and Busters hosted the City of Lynnwood's Volunteer Recognition event. Our volunteers do so much for the city, and I was amazed how well Dave and Busters treated us and provided a perfect evening worthy of our volunteers' hard work. The food, vibe and service were all A+++++. I highly recommend checking them out if you are doing a large group event, and cannot thank Dave and Busters staff enough for accommodating such a large group and providing such a great time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I love Dave and busters this was my first time everyone was so nice to me. I love playing games. The manager was really nice idk her name she had a septum, 5 stars. The guy at the checkout was really cool too I got a whoopie cushion. #watchout #fivestars. Someone stole my card I know who you are watch out.
The only reason I’m writing this is because of the terrible website. I had gone to one nearby Cleveland OH and they had darts, I loved it, and wanted to show my friend. On the site it fully let me reserve a table FOR DARTS, using the links IN THE DARTS SECTION, WITH MY LOCATION SET TO ALDERWOOD. I go in and show the hostesses after not seeing any darts anywhere and they just fumble around quietly and take us to a random dining table without saying anything. I go back and ask if that’s for darts because that’s what my reservation was for and they just stared at me and I asked again if they even had darts here and THATS when I got to learn that it wasn’t even available at that location. The website needs to get fixed, that totally pissed me off and screwed up our plans even though we ended up having fun with the games. Food was also not very good, which I would expect from an arcade, but it was way too expensive to be that mid.
We purchased three tickets for the all-you-can-eat wings and fries event, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, none of the staff knew what we were talking about, and it took getting a manager involved just to figure things out. We were given conflicting and incorrect information multiple times, especially about the game cards. The assistant manager told us they came with “1,500 tickets each card,” which was not true, and we had to repeatedly question this.
Service was very poor throughout the entire visit. It took about 20 minutes just to get our initial drink order, and in the 5+ hours we were there, we only received one refill—and that was only because I went up to the hostess desk at the front to ask for it myself.
The “unlimited” wings were also not readily available. We only received two refills, and each time we had to go out of our way to ask. When we finally got our second refill of wings (and had to remind them about the fries, since they weren’t brought out), the sales manager spoke to us for so long about how they only learned about the event 24 hours in advance and that we were essentially part of “market research” as some of the first customers, that our food ended up getting cold while she was talking.
The event itself did not match what was advertised. There were supposed to be contests and prizes, but we were told those were not happening. Reserved seating and uninterrupted views of the game were also listed, but we were placed in a corner with a poor view, and the game was only shown on one screen.
While one manager apologized, the overall handling of the situation was disorganized and frustrating. At one point, the general manager briefly stopped by, said “hope it’s going well,” and walked away without addressing any of the issues.
Overall, this was a very poorly executed event with misleading information, lack of communication, and inattentive service. Definitely not worth the time or money, and a very disappointing experience.

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time.
It took forever to even get service at the bar. When we finally did, we ordered chicken nachos and what came out was just.. sad. They piled a mountain of chips onto a plate that was way too small, so chips were literally falling off everywhere. I had to pull chips out like Jenga just to not spill them all over the filthy, sticky bar. No plates, no napkins, no silverware, and no one checked on us.
Also, they completely forgot the chicken. When I started digging into it, it was basically just plain tortilla chips underneath. Hardly any cheese, barely any toppings. The lettuce was wilted, there was almost no pico, and the guacamole and sour cream portions were awkwardly tiny. For how much it cost, it was honestly embarrassing.
I FINALLY flagged someone down and the bartender literally walked away while I was still telling him about the nachos. Then he comes back, drops off a plate of dry chicken, and says nothing. I had to stop him again and explain I didn’t want it anymore, I just wanted it taken off the bill. No apology, no eye contact, nothing. Then it took forever for them to even figure out how to remove it from the bill.
On top of that, my family got seated outside the bar, ordered beverages, and then got told they had to move because the booth was reserved. After they were already sitting there. They were told they’d have to wait again. The hostesses have been consistently rude EVERY TIME we go here lately. They act like it’s a burden to talk to you and don’t make eye contact. Super unprofessional.
There was also zero consistency with the staff. One person was told you can’t order food at the bar, another was told you can ONLY order at the bar because there are no servers. No one knew what was going on. This isn’t even my first bad experience here, but it’ll definitely be my last. The service is a mess and the food quality is just not worth it. I use to love this place when they first opened but with how poor service and food has been lately, I cannot support this place anymore.
