In person takes 4 minutes and online takes 25 minutes. Makes no sense. Once you show up they don't start working on your order either. They have a separate slow queue for online orders.

They just sat and stared at me for no reason for 7 minutes with the door locked after 10:45. I knocked to try to get their attention as it was freezing but they all literally avoided me like I wasn't there, it was two young women and they both had their AirPods on just giggling while I shivered outside. They were open and just chose not to open the door, then they were incredibly rude when I asked them why they couldn't have just let me wait inside if they were open as it was freezing out. Had been going to this location for over ten years - since HS. Will never be returning.

They’re supposed to open at 10:45, yet almost every time I go, the doors are still locked and no one seems ready to serve customers. You’re lucky if they’re actually open by 11. It’s frustrating to plan your time around their posted hours, only to stand there waiting with no explanation. If a business can’t stick to something as basic as its own schedule, it really makes you question how the rest of the place is run. Chipotle is supposed to be a quick and reliable option, but this location clearly hasn’t gotten that message. Either update the hours or start opening on time—customers shouldn’t have to guess when you’ll actually be ready.
