  The guy ( based off another review with his pic, his name is Josiah ) who made my burrito was super nice, however the girl ( name on receipt says Elizabeth) was extremely rude and dismissive and threw my food & cup in the bag like it was the biggest inconvenience to to ring me up & had no parting words such as ‘have a nice night ’ or anything. I normally don’t write reviews, but I think this is extremely unacceptable behavior and also not the only time i’ve been served with nothing but rudeness by an employee at this location.

  So this is my third coming to this chipotle and the same gentleman (Brandon or Brenden) prepared my food for me. It was a living nightmare. I watched him three times now poorly wrap my burrito. It’s like he’s doing it purposely because he doesn’t drain the juices from the beans which causes it to now becomes a WET Burrito. I then bring it to his attention and ask if he can rewrap it, he then offers to double wrap it and then proceeds to make a poorly double wrapped burrito that fell apart after unwrapping the foil. Again this is the third time!!!! I won’t be back and I’d seriously recommend you finding another place to spend your money. The employees really don’t care.

  Normally wouldn’t deal with leaving a review, but had to help with their low score. The employees were so nice! We were in and out in less than 5 minutes at 12:30pm. All food was available, fresh and delicious! So psyched to have chipotle in Lynden!

  We visited the restaurant 3/8 so they've been open for a bit. I ordered online thinking it would be quicker. Big mistake. when I placed the order it said it would be ready at 5:50pm (20 min after me placing it). Not bad I thought. We went to the pick up window and waited. And waited. People were coming in, standing in line and getting their food. People were going through the drive thru and getting their food. Nobody was in line inside the restaurant and our order was still not being filled. We finally received our order at 6:10pm after I had to ask if it was being worked on. Apparently the staff in the regular restaurant line is not able to assist online orders or drive thru orders. They would prefer just making customers wait I guess. Our food was delicious with the exception of the chips. They were way too salty to even eat, and I like salt! We ordered a large and ended up throwing them away. Waste of money. After all that my advice is "Do not use the app to order". Just go there and wait in line. It's way faster.
