  Hands down the worst Taco Bell in our area. They are next to my house and they have messed up my order 7 times out of 7 orders. Crunch wraps sticking on the paper every single time, cold beans , will forget your sauce. We will not be returning.

  Been getting better experiences recently!! Food is good and hot. Always do great on my veggie orders! Service is getting better, extra sides and sauces are always in the bag without being asked for. Visited 3/12, 3/20, & 3/25.

  The Manager guy was a rude jerk and shouldn't be in charge of anyone. Told me I was lying when I went back there and showed him the receipt, he said he made my boxes himself and knows he put everything in there. I was really nice too and then wait for 30 minutes for my 3 burritos. The young kid working there was really nice though. But that manager should be FIRED. Never going here again. I also heard a lady on her phone that pulled up next to me saying the same thing that she was missing food and the guy called her a liar to her face

  The manager at this location needs to be fired and replaced with someone who knows how to serve food politely. Not only did he say he made my food personally but called me a liar when I went back after he forgot over half of my order. Sloppily made what was missing from my order with a bunch of attitude and snippy remarks. All my food was terrible and soggy and cold and hard like it had been sitting out for hours or even days so all of it was Inedible basically ripped me off for 35 dollars and gave me trash I'm never going here again. I hope nobody goes to this location and wastes their money like I did.

  After having a few bad service interactions at this location, tonight’s got me to do this review. At the drive up, I ordered my food and then lastly ordered my drink which was the Midnight Baja blast and wanted the blended version. He asked if that was it and I said yes. Went up to window got my food then waited for my drink(I think he forgot about it when he realized I wasn’t driving away) he tried handing me the an iced original flavor. I explained that I ordered the midnight blended. He looked at the drink looked at me and then said “they were out of the midnight flavor”. Right away it irritated me because he should have told me when I ordered it, and I could tell he was lying just to get me out of his hair. I wouldn’t have waisted my money on a drink if he would’ve told me they didn’t have the flavor. I can’t stand the iced liquid version of the regular Baja blast. Anyways, I called that same location after I got home and asked if they had that flavor and of course they said yes. I know it’s only $2.99 but still, the lying was what was irritating.
