  Almost $40 later I got a cold cut that only has 1 type of meat and there is barely any. We tried calling to fix it and they didn't even care please avoid this location.

  They somehow mess up my order every single time. I usually order on the app so I don't usually notice until its too late. This location is less than a mile from where I work but I've had to start going to the one in Kelso a couple of miles away but they actually do a good job. I went back to this location today because I dont like driving on I5 in heavy rain, I picked up my mobile order and when I was in my car I realized they messed it up as usual. It was supposed to be the American club with turkey, ham, and bacon but all it had was turkey. She skipped 2/3 of the protein, how did she not even notice that? So I went back in and she made a new one, I didn't realize until I got back to work that she messed up this one too! This time she put turkey and ham but used roast beef instead of bacon. I get not knowing all the sandwiches by heart but all the ingredients are clearly listed on the ticket right in front of her face. And I shouldn't have to stand over her and babysit her to make sure she does her job right. Even if I did notice at the time, I probably would have ignored it because the whole point of ordering on the app is to grab it and go, not wait in a huge line like I ended up doing anyways. It's not even like shes new and still learning, its the same person that's been messing up my orders for months. Even the first sandwich she made sucked, there was hardly any meat or veggies on it, they definitely add more stuff when you're there watching them vs. when its a mobile order. Just go to the one in Kelso, everyone there knows how to read and they don't skimp on ingredients on their mobile orders.

  Young girl with red head was rude as hell when I asked if they were still open. It was 845pm and she said they were closing in 5 minutes and id have to make it quick. Was only wanting 1-6 inch for myself. Her tone and demeanor was uncalled for. I understand she wanted to get outta there but I've worked in customer service all my life and that is not how you handle it. I also worked 12 hours myself this dsy and last thing I wanted to deal with was a little girl with an attitude. Then again that's on me for expecting more. Probably won't come back.

  I would give 0 stars if i could for my todays experience . I ordered for veggie delight. employee named yeilani( couldnt read perfectly on her badge). I was after a customer who ordered meat sandwiches.She came to me asked me what i need, i told her veggie delight, she started taking out the bread, chopped the bread with the sameeee gloves with which she prepared the meatt sanwichesss. I requested her to change her gloves as i am allergic to meat… She then started acting weird and behaving rude. Didnt even ask if i wanted my sandwich toasted. SHE MADE THE WORST SUBWAY I COULD EVER HAVE ATE. Not only this she behaved very rudely with her coworker. She called her every 1 min while she was busy doing cleaning. She made my day worst. SUBWAY, I LOVE YOUR FOOD, i always have it when i am at walmart, but this employeee is not worth my money. SHE IS RUDE, UNPROFEESIONAL, AND UNHYGIENIC.

  Great subway shop. It's so wonderful to walk in, it smells super. Always fresh, fresh veggies and meat.
