  Ordered food online. Went through the drive through to pick up. I was told that my order code was to pick up order inside .. but wait can't you just grab it for me and hand it to me..nope sorry no way . You have to come in . Well...I'm already in line so yup she made me wait behind 3 cars in the drive through to come in and wait and wait at the mobile pick up.. which never came. I asked her where my food she points to it on the far counter not at the mobile counter pretty close to the drive thru window.. I asked if it had been sitting there long she said oh no we just put it there. .. of course it was cold.. it had been sitting there since I gave the order number at the drive thru ... So ya they could have handed it to me thru the drive thru window .. absolutely obnoxious.. won't be coming back to this McDonalds again.

  Food was ok... I've had better but was ok.. the fries were hot and fresh though!

  This is by far the fastest McDonald's i have ever been to!! They have made a mistake and when called and left a message , the manager called me back right away.

  I am writing this to warn the local community about the floor conditions at this location. I have been here two times (December 19th, 2025) and most recently on March 13th, and the floors are consistently a major safety hazard. The tiles look dry, but they are covered in a slick film—likely grease buildup—that makes them feel like an ice rink. To make matters worse, staff members were constantly cleaning the floors while customers were still present and walking around. I personally think they were aware that the floor is a hazard and they were trying to cover their backs by constantly "cleaning" when in reality a deep scrub is the only way to fix this issue. I witnessed people (myself included) struggling to keep their balance just trying to walk to their tables or use the restroom. This is a massive liability and a legitimate "slip and fall" accident waiting to happen, especially for anyone with mobility issues or those assisting others. Management needs to invest in proper industrial degreasers and reconsider the timing of their floor cleaning before someone gets seriously injured. I was visiting with friends who were eating, but I personally did not have anything to eat. That's why I did not rate the food/service. No need to lie, just be brutally honest instead.
