WOW, gone are the days of Freaky Fast! .. I ordered my sandwich at 10:06am, I got to the store 10 minutes later, no sandwich yet, sat and waited and watched and was disappointed. Manager strolled out took a peek, went back in the back and offered no help. The two people at the counter were not fast at all, I expect they were likely fairly new, i sat and waited and waited .. at 10:27 finally my sandwich was ready for me to take. I was shocked that it took 21 minutes at 10 in the morning to produce my sandwich.

I just placed and online order. I marked it as leave at door. It was delivered, but no one knocked, and they did not update the status on the app/order system. My toasted subs sat out in the cold for 10 minutes before I went to check.
When I called, and told the person to please have their delivery person knock to let someone know there had been a delivery person knock and let someone know there was a delivery, I was told that because I said leave at door, that is all they had to do. When I said, great can I talk to a manager. I was told "sure" pause "this is the manager, how can I help you." The assistant manager Patrick Thompson was sarcastic and rude. All I started with was asking that they remind drivers to knock.
Won't be ordering from here again.
