However, the young lady at the counter immediately began accusing me of being disrespectful, even though I had not acted inappropriately in any way. She then refused to take my order or provide service. I waited to place my order, but she continued to deny service without any valid reason. I am requesting that the franchise owner or corporate management review the CCTV footage for this date and time to verify what happened. I believe the video will clearly show that I did nothing wrong and that the behavior I experienced was unprofessional and unacceptable. Please look into this incident and make the right call. Thank you.
