  I ordered a Crunchwrap and instead I got a giant mess that I couldn’t get out of the bag and looked at be at least a day old. I know this is fast food but if im gonna pay 8 dollars for one thing I’m not gonna make that mistake again

  Accidently thought we got the wrong order and they gave us what we thought was wrong but it wasn't and they said it was okay to keep it so great people!

  The food is finally getting better but it's so loud! I wanted to be able to dine in but couldn't even hear myself think so I had to eat out in my cold car instead.

  Wanted a taco but my girlfriend was at work, so I went here. It was closed at 11:15 am for a meeting? No signs on doors, just locked. Maybe have meetings before lunch time? Disappointed twice 😔

  With previous experience, I called in to speak with the GM about transferring to her location from the other side of the state. I was told she was out but they would take my name and number and would get back to me. A month went by, and crickets. Every time I tried to call, the phone was disconnected. After finally moving, I decided to try and give a another call. The call went through and the manager on duty gave me the worst attitude about the GM not being there, blah blah blah, and essentially trying to rush me off the phone as I’m trying to gather lore information on when to come in. I come in the next day and finally speak to the GM, she says she’s “understaffed”, and doesn’t have time to speak with me, to call at 2:30. I call, and coincidentally, the phone is once again disconnected. I try to follow up again, I’m told to call later, that I should be on boring the next day, but she’s busy and her assistant will help me out when I call later. I call, the assistant only asks for my name and number, and says the GM will call me the next day(again with this run around). Finally, the next day comes and I hear nothing, so I call; “oh sweetheart, I was gonna call at 2:30. If you don’t get a call by then, the position has been filled”. For someone who claims to be understaffed, that sure does seem like a whole lot of bullshit, especially for a new employee who already has experience, someone you wouldn’t have to train. Between the empty promises, the runaround, the rudeness, I don’t even wanna know how they run the kitchen, I would just avoid this location all together.
