While I was waiting for my order to be made, there was 3 to 4 employees that had stopped doing their job to look for one employee’s vape that he lost. The same employee that could not find his vape was also cussing up a storm while he was walking around the lobby in front of customers.

The blizzards are always messy and dripping down the sides of the cup making for a sticky, messy car. A few members of the staff at the drive thru window are unfriendly and rarely even speak to you. When ordering Doordash, pickup or delivery, an item has been forgotten almost every single time. What's the point in ordering delivery when I have to drive to the location and pick up my missing item anyways? I let it slide a few times but that was my mistake because when I went to get my missing items from today and a few days ago, the item from a few days ago was not honored. I had to go through Doordash support for them to be able to help with a refund. Extremely frustrating and I will not longer be going to this DQ location.

I suggest getting your next ice cream fix from the mom and pops. They are cheaper with higher quality ice cream. I should have just gotten rolled ice cream at 3 rivers or sweet spot.
