You get a Time for pickup an appointment so to speak. But it's healthy food and on their menu they give you all the information in case you're allergic to anything or whatever diet you're on. They to those kind of things which is nice. When you call in it's a computer that goes by your voice until you enter your card info. However do you have a web page where you can make an account with rewards and order that way as well.

Today, it was convenient for us to pick up chipotle and I wanted something healthier for pick up so decided to give it a try. Big mistake from the beginning. I got our order and checked to make sure everything was in the bag since they have forgotten items in the past. My husband’s burrito was missing so I got back in the drive through line. Come to find out it was made, but not put in the bag. Okay no big deal since I noticed. What was a big deal was the condition of the food. My husband’s burrito was so tiny, with hardly any meat in it and totally missing the black beans entirely. Then my quesadilla part of it was so charred I had to cut it off, I am not eating ashes. When we lived in Vancouver we loved chipotle. I don’t know if it is just the Longview location or if chipotle changed as a whole, but we are never ordering from them again. I rather pick up from a local Mexican restaurant take out, but just forgot about it in the moment when deciding on pick up for dinner.
