When they prepared two single scoops in a waffle cone for two people from the same family, they did not care, and made the scoop size very inconsistent. One scoop was smaller, and had a ton of gaping around it, while the other was full and a proper scoop. When asked to fix this difference, they refused to fix it, nor even acknowledge the obvious difference in scoop size. Overall they have a lack of customer service, and don't care.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
