  Service is amazing BUT why is everything always out? Why is there never any rice or meat. Management seriously has to figure out when to let them cook more I shouldn’t only have 1 option for the entire place

  My burrito was 70% rice. I asked for chicken, queso blanco cheese, lettuce, salsa, fajita veggies, and black beans. I kept eating thinking maybe the rest of the toppings were in the bottom half. I ended up throwing the rest away because it was all rice. Also last time I ordered here they gave me a bag of half burnt chips.

  I’m leaving this review for the Chipotle in Longview, WA because I’ve now had the same issue multiple times in the past month, and I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone at the store to address it. I ordered a burrito bowl for my wife while she was at work and paid for extra chicken. What we received had maybe three small pieces of chicken total—definitely not what was paid for. I also requested queso blanco, which was completely missing from the order. On top of that, the bowl was clearly mishandled during preparation or delivery. The container was leaking out the side, and all of the ingredients were pushed and mixed into one side like it had been tossed or carried carelessly. I understand that everyone is busy and working hard, but as a paying customer—especially with how expensive things are these days—I expect to receive what I ordered and for it to be put together with at least some level of care. This isn’t about one bad experience—it’s about a pattern. I’m hoping this reaches a manager or owner so the issue can be addressed. I’d really just like to see some consistency and pride in the product being served.

  The food is usually good. But tonight the food was not good at all. The rice was undercooked, which was hard to eat. I got a side of chips and cheese and the chips were Stale.i won’t be coming here again not the first time the food wasn’t good!

  I've been going to this Chipotle off and on for a while. Today I watched as a big mound of guacamole fell off someone's plate and on to the counter. I watched the person scrape the guacamole off of the counter and back into the bin. I was so stunned that I froze up. I watched as they stirred it in to hide the bits of cheese and whatever was on the counter previously. Then I watched as they scooped up some of it and put it in a bowl for me. I was on autopilot by now and basically watched myself tap my card. As I got my drink I looked at the bowl of guac-and-whatever and my stomach lurched. Nope. I did not want to deal with that. It all went in the trash as I walked out the door. I'm not even going to worry about the money. Trying to get it back would involve thinking about it again.
