- TNThat's Not my name6 days ago2.0I dont go to safeway anymore. I put a lot of effort forward asking for 1 item. I talked to checkers, stockers, even any manager that would listen to me. I loved safeway, been going here for 14 years. My wife hates the store for the prices... but I would go there to get water and pick up anything my wife needed. Its just that finding water that isnt 'enhanced with minerals' is difficult if not impossible to find at safeway. Since finding the water became so difficult, I just stopped going to safeway. The store across the street has 3 different selections and prices my wife finds more agreeable. So there's no real need to go to safeway anymore. Sad, all I wanted was water.... i stopped going here because its a store that can't sell normal water...
- GCGoomar ChanelMar 24, 20265.0Ordered a cake for my daughters 4th birthday and put in custom notes to have colors changed to make it kpop themed and not only did Rickie call me and go out of her way to make it exactly as I pictured, It was only a $13 cake which is insanely cheap for how it turned out. It actually tasted good as well. She was so sweet and genuinely went above and beyond on the cake and researched K-pop cakes online before hand and even added extras to make it look more like the theme. I did not expect it to turn out so well and I will definitely order here more often. Thank you Rickie my daughter was absolutely obsessed with it and I appreciate you so much for the effort you put into it!!

She didn't listen and treated me rudely and it was the cashier that messed up Not me the customer. If you continue to treat customers poorly because of your mistakes they will spend their money elsewhere.
