  I’m extremely disappointed with the Subway location in Liberty Lake. They do not accept franchise coupons, which defeats the purpose of Subway offering national promotions in the first place. Customers shouldn’t have to guess which locations will honor corporate deals and which won’t. Even more concerning, they refused to honor gift cards and claimed they had already been used prior to being sold. That is completely unacceptable. Gift cards are purchased with the expectation that they carry a valid balance. Telling customers the funds were already used before the card was even redeemed raises serious concerns about oversight and accountability. To make matters worse, the owner personally promised to send me something to compensate me for my losses, but I never received anything. No follow-up, no resolution, and no effort to correct the situation. Between refusing coupons, failing to honor gift cards, and not following through on a promised resolution, this location creates a frustrating and untrustworthy customer experience. I would strongly recommend that management address these issues immediately, as it reflects poorly not only on this store but on the Subway brand as a whole.

  The sandwich was really good and the cashier was friendly. I am grateful that I had a gift card, since the sandwich was very expensive.

  The staff comes and goes frequently. I think they need more training regarding customer contact. People will regularly return when they like the staff. Some people are great, friendly and positive. Unfortunately many more don't know any thing about positive customer relations.

  I have a 30min lunch break and when I walked in I wasn’t acknowledged for a couple minutes then I waited for a hot minute while they made preordered food for like DoorDash or something. There was two workers one at the cash register doing nothing and one lady that seemed to be doing everything. I’ve never waited so long at a subway especially with no physical person in front of me and a guy that looked like it wasn’t his job to make sandwiches today. Pretty much wasted a good portion of my lunch break waiting for the lady to finish the three orders in front of me. Also I used a 8.99 coupon and I asked if I could still make it a meal. I don’t know when making a sandwich a meal added $5 to an order but yeah my bill was $14 after making it a meal which seems crazy for a bag of chips and small soda. Also all the chairs in the sitting area have dirty hand marks on back of them.
