  Lady here is an angel. Some scammed doordasher tried to say I didnt pay and was trying to take money from me and she helped me so much. I didn't catch her name but literally an angel, appreciate her so much. If there's ever an issue call here cause they'll help you so much.

  I hope your manager is proud. Had two delivery fee's on bill - one which stated "delivery fee is retained by Pizza Hut" then a separate, second delivery fee because Pizza Hut has chosen to have food delivered by Door Dash. Pizza Hut must have kept the 20% tip I added to the bill because the delivery driver was pissed he didn't get a cash tip from me. I paid just over $50. for a Medium pepperoni & extra cheese pizza, and a box of cinni rolls. I paid the 20% tip on the online order, not wanting to rip off the delivery person - then they acted like they didn't get a tip at all!!! What's up with that , Pizza Hut? You don't deliver yet charge a delivery fee and then keep the driver tip for yourselves? So NOT acceptable. I don't think I even got extra cheese but that is what I ordered and paid for. I looked at the food, and was like "I paid $50 bucks for this? Seriously?" I felt and still feel, over a week later like I was totally ripped off. Thank you Pizza hut for the wallet shock. Next time I want pizza, I'll grab one from the Safeway or pick up from Papa John's.

  had it all set up to pay, even tipped. The order was said it would be ready by 9:39, but then when I looked at the number after paying for delivery. They decided to Without my permission and without contacting me, change it to a carryout. So the time came and gone when I was supposed to get my pizza and now the store is closed. I'm hungry and I'm already paid $17 for a pizza that I will not get to eat today. I would highly not recommend these people. They are rude and I've had problems with them in the past. Probably will never eat Pizza Hut ever again. Don't bother coming here. If there was an option to have zero stars, I would have. I'm so mad I had to go out and buy Taco Bell because they're the only ones open. At least they know how to. Have customer service. The only way that they will make this right is if the manager. Makes my pizza over and reimburses me for both. The food and the tip. Completely unprofessional. * Update* After talking to the manager today, I found out that they have not run my card so I will not be charged for the pizza so that’s good. Also, they wanna make it right by giving me a 10% off my next order I was originally going to write this review after getting pizza, but I am going to hold off on getting it until Sunday where I will enjoy a pizza and a movie so glad that they were good customer service and rectified their mistake.

  I had made an order for lunch and it was missing some of the toppings that I ordered. But I called back and let them know and Spencer, Lisette his crew handled it perfectly! First off the pizza was made perfectly it was just missing toppings. But again they handled it perfectly! When I walked in to get my pizza Lissette had an amazing smile on her face and a bubbly personality that just made my day and all I was doing was picking up a pizza for lunch. Highly recommend this place! The customer service 10 out of 10. They gave me a credit for another pizza for their mistake. Thank you Spencer and thank you Lisette!

  Food was good, place was clean, and the staff were friendly and hardworking. Everyone has bad days, but the manager was on a different level, rude and dismissive in a way that was hard to ignore. Either way, feel better dude, or let your staff speak to customers.
