Lobby is temporarily closed today only from 1:30pm & will reopen at 5:30pm for dining inside placing indoor orders as well on their kiosks or by using their taco bell mobile app on your smartphone as they no longer take orders at the front counter anymore. You can place food orders at the drive thru between those hours.

Their food is always freshly made (temperature - hot, texture - crispy), and they are fantastic at labeling orders, so you don't have to play a guessing game when you order for the group.

I see why this taco bell is so low rated the service workers are rude and talk so quite through the intercom and then give you attitude when you cant hear them. Then try to give you the wrong item and when you tell them its not right they cop an attitude and you can tell they are annoyed they have to fix it. I was being so polite the whole time until they sat there and argued with my about what drank I ordered and then also tried to tell me they already gave my drank. Didn't say a single thing to me besides my total. Like not even a " your total is" just "23.22".... handed her my card she then hands me back everything I am saying thank and please the whole time. Then when I see her try to hand me a dark soda when I asked for a Baja then proceeds to tell me no you got a Dr pepper. I DONT EVEN LIKE DR PEPPER I dont like any dark soda how do you confuse the two and then I say no sorry I ordered a Baja she rolled her eyes at me. When she gave me my correct drink I said thank you and she wouldnt even look at me in the eye. dont take your shitty night out on costumers.

I've been visiting this location for a few years now, since before it was remodeled. Their portion sizes have been getting smaller and smaller. But their prices get bigger and bigger.
I got the new Rolled Steak and Pablano Quesadilla, but was disappointed upon unwrapping it. It was far too thin to be called "Rolled", in fact, it weighed less, and contained less food than a regular quesadilla. It seemed like too little food for how much the item cost.
I visited a different location today and ordered the exact same item. The other location's version weighed pretty much double of what the first one did.
In addition, sometimes portion sizes between ingredients in a single item vary drastically. A burrito with a teaspoon of rice, with the rest of the space filled-out with beans and sauce, for example.
Or sometimes items go missing, or get replaced with another, without anyone informing you- like a bean and rice burrito replacing a chicken enchilada burrito, for example.
It seems this place, my usual location, is struggling with portion size management and order retention, which is unfortunate since it's the only Taco Bell within walking distance. I'd rather get the amount of food I paid for though.
