I had an awful experience with the app and it charging me 3 times, Without it actually placing the order. At that point, I didn’t have any money left for food, Because it had taken $30 from me. I was super upset, so I just walked out to my car and started losing it (Because it’s not their fault). A few minutes later, the manager walked outside to my car and He was really sympathetic of my situation. He made the order for me So I didn’t have to go hungry due to the app malfunctioning. So essentially, I had a problem that was not necessarily the restaurant fault. But they still showed care for me as a human being and corrected the problem. So yes, I am giving this place five stars. The food was also delicious.

The app said it would be ready in about 8 minutes. 8 minutes later I walked in and it was almost 30 minutes after ordering before I asked an employee, who found that the orders of at least some of us were who had been standing here this whole time hadn’t even been put in their system. The food was good and they did quickly get my food to me after inquiring about it, but I am not impressed by having to stand around for such a long time without it being noticed.
