  Its laughable how bad this place is. Was looking for food online and saw they put a new McDonald's in and then saw the 1 star reviews and had to go see what is going on with it. Definelty wasnt disappointed with it being the worst McDonald's around. Employees acted like they didnt care to be there, food wasnt warm by the time I got it and the lobby smelled like a changing room at an old pool lol.

  Had to check out this 1 star McDonald’s as I’ve never been so impressed with such a low score! Place is nice and new, staff were meh…not nice but also not rude. I ordered a large fry and it was literally half full (none had fallen into the bag) so I asked if they could fill it up. She took them back and filled them up instead of giving more. Which I’m fine with but pretty sure is against health code. But I’d be back it’s not a 1 star facility that’s for sure!

  Single worst McDonald’s I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with in the 5 times that I have ordered with them they have gotten my order incorrect every single time they allow you to sit at the pickup window for 15+ minutes before bringing the wrong order to you and get very rude when you inform them it’s the incorrect order if I could give zero stars I would, highly recommend just driving down to 512 to the next McDonald’s and don’t waste your time or money at this location

  Im so tired of the night manager with her attitude... I sent back the nuggets because they looked burnt and she said that's how all of them look so ill just refund you the money but mind you asked if they could remake... this is just so unprofessional of this establishment and half the time the worker are just in the back talking and playing around! Over 20 min for fries and 20 nuggets is ridiculous and then on top of that serve cold fries? Had them remake them but had a attitude about that too! Let the night time management know I will be calling corporate and she said if I dont like the way they do things there then there is plenty of other McDonald's to go to! Like wow really..... this place needs so help and some better training if you ask me... they dont pay attention to the slips when ppl order.....

  I came there at 1:00 am i purchased my order online through the McDonald's app. When I arrive. I told them my name and then I told them about my app purchase. They did not honor a portion of my purchase through the app The drive through. Although they honored part of application protease, she wanted me to purchase the product's directly from the restaurant to complete my order. The window attendant that I literally found out, was a manager Lady, which happened to be an islander samon. With light features at the end of her hair Begin being irritated when I mention my online purchase. She had a really bad attitude. Did not honor my purchase. I weigh at least five minutes to receive my order in the drive through. And the result of that, I had food poisoning for at least 3 days afterwards. Even though the food tasted great. Horrible eaten decision. I called on the phone to put in a complaint. And I had a silling that I was putting a complaint into the same person which litter, after I arrived at the building. To put in a formal complaint. Review that the person that I was complaining to was the same person that I was complaining about. She came to the register when I asked for a manager and last about the whole incident and told me that I should have came 15 minutes earlier. So I could have spoken to a different manager and laughed as she walked away.
