They have a chronic issue with sending cars to go wait in the drive-thru waiting area, even if there are no other cars in the drive-thru. I ordered a quarter pounder today and I had to go sit by the curb for 15 minutes because "they were waiting for the meat to be ready". How long does it take to heat a hamburger patty at a fast food hamburger restaurant? And by the time they bring your food out, half of it is cold because it's been sitting on a counter for 15 mins while they wait for one thing to get cooked. I don't know if this is a management issue or what, but it's ridiculous to make customers go wait out by the curb 80% of the time. I'll give it 2 stars because the employees are friendly.

Never have I ever gone from the window having her say the correct number on what I ordered but ringing me up and having me pay for something that I didn’t order. Never have I ever gone up to get my food and it being incorrect and then saying well you paid for it. Never have I ever had them screw up on my order so badly that I will never be going to this McDonald’s ever again. Downright inexcusable no matter who was at fault. It was at least three people the person who took my order the person who had me pay for my order and the person who was behind the window, giving food out. Luckily some type of manager got my food correctly handled or I would of just left without food.
