I only recently discovered Five Guys and have fallen totally in love with their burgers and fries. The small cheeseburger is really closer to a normal burger size. Always well seasoned and juicy, it's got what I want on it which makes it really enjoyable. The fries are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and the employees are friendly and fast.

Horrible horrible experience. Picking up for Rosa at 702. They couldn't get the order to me until 728. They were to busy flirting with tall brown skin girl. Any managers there? Zero professionalism. I asked the brown skin girl who greeted me why she didn't pass the info I was there to pick up for Rosa. She said. Not my job. What kind of business is this. You need to train your staff on customer service. And instead of chasing one another around the kitchen maybe do there job. I will not be picking up one more order from 5 guys ever. This is bad. Our society just keep collapsing even under the easiest hobs.i only had to delv 1.8 miles away. The grease was so thick it started to saturated the bags. The bags were ripping apart. Horrible packaging. Glad all there food didn't punch through the saturated bags of grease. Five guys doesn't want to partner with door dash drivers. Who runs a business this way. Maybe get rid of all the kids and get someone responsible to work there.

First time visiting and not sure what to order. Started with hamburger...expecting tomato lettuce and onion (as the pictures show). Ended up with two greasy patties on a oil soaked bun....then found out that you choose these items. Also ordered large fries, (came a 16oz cup) fries were definitely cooked more than twice...Place was empty, at least the tables were clean. Looks like most order on-line. Two people, two burgers , large fries and a soda, plus tax...$40.00 . Over priced.

My wife and I love it here. I have a lot of food allergies and it makes it very hard to eat out but they make a great lettuce wrap and they're one of the last restaurants to actually hand cut fresh fries that aren't coated in corn or wheat. Good manager and customer service as well.

I went here a few weeks ago with my husband because he really wanted to go. I hadn’t been there for maybe 10 years. I could not get over the fact I spent $22 on just a burger and fries. Not only was it ridiculously overpriced. The food was pretty garbage. It was horribly put together. Sloppy, and there wasn’t a single thing special about it. The staff was not friendly. And overall it was just a horrible experience. I will not be returning to this establishment. If I could I’d give 0 stars. ✌🏼
