But it should’ve been a 1-2 star because today is the 3rd time I’ve ordered 15-20 min ahead and my order still isn’t ready at the time it’s supposed to be. I always order for when I’m on the way to work and 3 times I’ve been late. Today I told them to just refund my order cause it still wasn’t being made after 5 min of waiting. I don’t see why online orders aren’t prioritized for ones that are placed over 10+ min before the people in the drive thru. Because what’s the point of placing ahead if it’s not made at a proper time.

The staff was so nice and talked to me throughout my service and were fast and they made the best coffee Ive had in a longtime it was just what I needed after a long hard week they really lifted my spirits today!!!! (Definitely got extra Caramel)😍 I highly recommend this location!!!

She was very rude and unprofessional-constantly huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes whenever I spoke, and giving attitude for no reason.Even after clarifying my order three times, I was still given the wrong items and sizes. I was charged for a medium drink that wasn't even filled all the way. If I'm going to be charged for the wrong size, I would at least expect it to be filled properly. On top of that, the drinks didn't taste like what we ordered. On a positive note, the other girl working was really nice and helpful, which I appreciated.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
