My texas toast was left out of the chicken strip basket. He was given a blizzard that was overflowing, melted, and they never flipped it. It melted all over the other food and his car. The fries are ice cold, and the containers weren't even close to full- mine was MAYBE filled halfway. My chicken strips are even colder than the fries. My husband's burger is MAYBE room temperature. We placed an online order and he arrived when the order was expected to be ready. There was one other customer there, and they were gone by the time he reached the window. He still had to wait, and was never even offered a paper receipt. How hard is it to make sure food is warm and policy is followed? Either myself or my husband will be calling the location and potentially the corporate number, because this is ridiculous. I've never had such poor quality food or service from a Dairy Queen location. Ever.
