  My wife went in to get food, a customer was trying to complain about a half eaten bowl. The manager Jaycee was very professional offering to remake the bowl and or refund her even when the customer was cussing and aggressive. After all I am very impressed with her grace and how she handled the situation! The customer was wrong threatening to call corporate. The food was great and so was the service

  Don’t get me wrong food tastes good but I waited 40 minutes in a line just for me to get to the front and the servers take their sweet time to actually serve me and when they did they just gave me small portions and attitude

  If I could rate zero stars I would. First off, when we walked in, noticed every table was disgusting. While standing in line, one of the workers (probably managers which makes it worse) was actively sticking a thermometer in every single food item and only wiping it off with a very dirty rag in between each food. And when she was temping the salsas, didn’t even wipe in between. This is insanely worrying and can cause cross contamination and can make people very sick. Workers were rude, gave insanely small portions. And when asked for more, proceeded to put the smallest amount possible on the bowl. Then, when I asked while being cashed out for more guac on my bowl (because the portion was about a table spoon…. And I’m paying $3 for it….. ) the lady named Naomi rudely said well I’m going to have to charge you for it…. Absolutely not. They also were incredibly behind on all mobile and pick up orders. Which were all stashed in the corner haphazardly with a huge line of people in confusion about where there orders were. Most definitely will never visit here again. And if you are considering it, don’t. If I wanted to pay almost $40 for 5 bites of food, I would go to a fancy restaurant.

  I work right next to this chipotle they used to be amazing great service, fast and efficient. This last few months things are really gone downhill including them opening late missing my window to pick up my mobile order and the attitude from the employees is outrageous. Now I avoid this chipotle as much as possible, which is really sad because I love the food.

  Went in to pick up my online order, encountered a rude young man working the front line then placed on the online orders this past Sunday. I saw one young man cooking in the back and a young lady doing her best with the order line. However, the young man put on the online orders was horrible. I waited without issue but noticed he was unhappy about something. When he finished my online order instead of notifying me, as he knew I was there for that specific order he simply took over the register without any notification that my order was ready. Since the order was sitting in the back counter I was not able to simply grab my order and go. I required an employee's assistance to retrieve my bag. I watched and she tossed one customer's chips onto the counter and slammed her beverage cup next to it. When the next customer came up to the register he proceeded to take his phone out and send a text message, as the customer stood in front of him waiting to be ringed up. As a nice topper to my recent purchase here, I also got food poisoning which has never happened to me. I will definitely just skip this location next time.
